Build a short sentence by tapping words, then practice it one piece at a time. Great for stretching single words into phrases like "I want the ball."
Say: I... I want... I want the ball. Now you try the whole thing.
Watch for: Each added word said clearly before moving on.
Stop when: Stop when the phrase is said well, or before frustration.
Make it easier: Start with two words and use Practice it to model the build.
Make it harder: Add a describing word, then say the longer phrase in one breath.
A quick check so little hands don\'t change settings.
